I roll up my sleeves and dive right in. A typical engagement starts with a status quo assessment, followed by a sharing of findings and recommendations. From there, we align on the project scope and plan. I then lead the project until the final rollout. Whether you need a Fractional Chief of Staff for the entire project journey or Consulting for specific steps, I'm here to help.

I empower your teams to take the lead. Through targeted training and coaching, I help them become true change makers. A typical engagement starts with a needs assessment. We then align on the scope of the training or coaching. From there, I develop a tailored program and execute the training, or we dive straight into coaching.
